Fresh Pineapple Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
    1/3 cup chopped red bell pepper
    1/4 cup chopped shallots
    1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
    1/4 teaspoon dried basil
    1 pinch red pepper flakes
Preparation
    Place pineapple, red bell pepper, shallots, lemon juice, basil, and red pepper flakes in a glass bowl; stir well.
    Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to mingle.
