Purple Plum Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups sliced fresh plums
    1/2 cup white sugar
    1/4 cup all-purpose flour
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shell
    Topping:
    1/2 cup white sugar
    1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    3 tablespoons cold butter
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
    Combine plums, sugar, flour, lemon juice, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl. Pour into the pastry shell.
    Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a small bowl. Cut in butter until topping mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over plum mixture.
    Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, 50 to 60 minutes.
