Roasted Asparagus And Morel Mushrooms - cooking recipe

1 pound asparagus spears, trimmed and halved
1 pound fresh morel mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup arugula
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, or to taste
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Arrange asparagus and mushrooms on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt; toss to coat. Roast, stirring occasionally, about 15 minutes. Add butter and thyme. Toss to coat, and roast an additional 5 minutes.
Arrange vegetables on a serving platter. Top with arugula, sprinkle with salt, and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
