Vegan Edamame - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    2 tablespoons rice vinegar
    1 teaspoon finely grated ginger root
    2 1/2 cups frozen edamame in the pod
Preparation
    Whisk soy sauce, rice vinegar, and ginger together in a bowl; set dipping sauce aside.
    Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil. Add edamame and boil until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
    Serve pods with the sauce for dipping.
