Southwestern Corn And Walnut Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    1/4 cup lime juice
    1 tablespoon ground red chile pepper
    1 tablespoon ground cumin
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained
    1 cup chopped walnuts
    1/4 cup minced onion
Preparation
    With a mixer, blend together cream cheese, oil, lime juice, red chile pepper, cumin, and salt until smooth. Stir in corn, walnuts, and onion. Cover, and refrigerate.
