Fresh Fruit Salad With Honey Lime Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
    1 cup orange segments
    1 cup halved fresh strawberries
    1 cup cantaloupe chunks
    1 cup watermelon chunks
    1 cup grapefruit chunks
    1 cup halved seedless grapes
    Dressing:
    6 tablespoons salad oil
    3 tablespoons lime juice
    3 tablespoons honey
    1/4 teaspoon vinegar, or to taste
    1 pinch ground ginger
Preparation
    Mix pineapple, oranges, strawberries, cantaloupe, watermelon, grapefruit, and grapes together in a bowl; refrigerate until chilled, at least 30 minutes.
    Combine oil, lime juice, honey, vinegar, and ginger in a bottle with a lid; cover and shake until dressing is mixed. Refrigerate until chilled, at least 30 minutes. Shake dressing again; drizzle over fruit and toss to coat.
