Coconutty Balls - cooking recipe

1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup cashew butter
1/4 cup mashed banana
5 tablespoons shredded unsweetened coconut, divided
Preparation

Mix almond flour, cashew butter, banana, and 3 tablespoons coconut together in a bowl; roll into bite-size balls.
Spread remaining 2 tablespoons coconut in a shallow bowl. Roll balls in coconut to coat.
