2 teaspoons Spectrum Naturals(R) Olive Oil
1 cup sliced red or sweet onion
1 (12 inch) pre-cooked thin pizza crust
1/2 cup pizza sauce
2 Yves Veggie Cuisine(R) Sage and Apple Sausages, sliced
2 slices Yves Veggie Cuisine(R) Veggie Bacon Strips, sliced
1/2 cup sliced assorted bell peppers
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Add onion; cook, stirring often, for 7 minutes or until soft. Set aside.
Place pizza crust on a baking sheet; spread with sauce. Top with veggie sausage, veggie bacon, peppers, cooked onion, Parmesan and mozzarella.
Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, until heated through and cheese is melted.
