North Dakota Lentil Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 teaspoons vegetable oil
    1/3 cup chopped onion
    2 (15.5 ounce) cans lentils, drained
    1 (14.5 ounce) can petite diced tomatoes, undrained
    1 (1.25 ounce) package McCormick(R) Original Chili Seasoning Mix
    2 tablespoons crumbled goat cheese or feta cheese
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add onion; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until translucent.
    Stir in lentils, tomatoes and Seasoning Mix. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Spoon into serving bowl. Sprinkle with cheese.
