Garden Vegetable Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 ounces cooked chicken breast, diced
    1 (8.8 ounce) pouch UNCLE BEN'S(R) READY RICE(R) Garden Vegetable
    2 tablespoons chopped pimentos or roasted red peppers
    1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, heat all ingredients together over medium-high until heated through. Serve while hot.
