Spinach Shrimp Salad With Miso Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
    2 tablespoons honey
    2 tablespoons white miso paste
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    1 1/2 teaspoons white sugar
    salt and ground black pepper to taste
    1/2 cup canola oil
    1 teaspoon sesame oil
    1/2 cup chopped green onions (scallions)
    3 cups fresh spinach
    1 (16 ounce) package cooked shrimp
    1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Preparation
    Combine vinegar, honey, white miso paste, soy sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper in a blender; blend until smooth. Add canola oil and sesame oil; blend until dressing is emulsified and thick.
    Pour dressing into a large bowl; stir in green onions. Add spinach and toss to coat.
    Transfer spinach to a serving plate. Arrange shrimp on top. Sprinkle sesame seeds over shrimp.
