Peanut Butter Oaties - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. rolled oats
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. unsalted butter
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/3 c. sugar
3 eggs, at room temperature
1 Tbsp. vanilla
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation

Stir together oats, flour, baking powder and salt.
In separate bowl, stir peanut butter, butter and sugars until combined.
Stir in eggs, one at a time, then beat well.
Add vanilla; gradually stir in oat mixture.
Fold in chocolate chips. Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 14 to 16 minutes or until soft and lightly brown.
