Easy Chuck Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. chuck roast
    5 potatoes
    1 onion
    1 small bag baby carrots
    1 family size mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Season roast.
    Peel potatoes.
    Layer in bottom of casserole dish.
    Add carrots, onion, mushroom soup, sugar and salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook 5 to 6 hours at 200\u00b0.
