Peanut Butter Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. oleo or butter
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine the first 3 ingredients and set aside.
Cream the brown sugar, peanut butter and oleo or butter; add and beat until well blended.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Add flour mixture alternately with milk and sour cream, beginning and ending with flour mixture.
Mix until smooth.
Pour batter into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts over batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 60 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean.
Cool completely.
