Crab Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
2 c. crab
3 c. sharp Cheddar cheese or Monterey Jack
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
3/4 to 1 c. flour
1/2 c. onions
1/2 c. mushrooms
Preparation

Beat eggs with wire whip.
Add all ingredients, except flour; blend slightly.
Take wire whip and blend in flour.
Cook in electric skillet at 260\u00b0 to 300\u00b0 until done, 35 to 40 minutes. Garnish with sliced tomatoes, avocado slices and a dollop of sour cream.
