Corned Beef Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
1 pt. sour cream
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. dill weed
2 Tbsp. minced onion
2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Cover and chill for a few hours.
Hollow out a round loaf of Italian bread.
Cut center into wedges.
Put hollow bread on a serving dish.
Fill the center with the dip.
Place bread wedges on platter to use for dip.
