Taco Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 envelope taco mix
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1 can (15 1/2 oz.) whole kernel corn
2 c. Cheddar cheese
2 c. Bisquick mix
1 c. milk
2 eggs

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Brown ground meat and onion; drain.
Spoon into 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish or size you wish.
Stir seasoning mix, tomato sauce and corn; stir remaining ingredients until blended and pour over beef mixture.
Sprinkle with the cheese. Bake until golden brown.
Serve with sour cream and chopped tomatoes, if desired.
