Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/3 c. fresh parsley
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 lb. butter or margarine, melted
    6 chicken breasts, boned and halved
Preparation
    Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt and parsley.
    Add garlic, mustard and Worcestershire sauce to the melted butter. Dip chicken in the butter mixture, then in bread crumbs.
    Place in a large shallow pan and drizzle with remaining butter.
    Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 1 1/4 hours.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
