Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. flour
    1 c. shortening
    6 Tbsp. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. honey
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine milk, honey and salt.
    Combine flour and shortening in a separate bowl, cutting shortening in.
    Slowly add the liquid and dry ingredients together and mix well.
    Roll out as if for pie crust except cut into lattice strips (1/2 to 1-inch wide).
    Place strips in a crisscross pattern (or checkerboard) in the bottom of baking pan and place another layer on top after filling is added.
