Pop Eye - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. chicken broth
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. milk (or more to moisten)
Preparation
    Mix by hand; add more flour, if needed, so it's not too sticky.
    Roll out thinly; cut into squares and let dry.
    Cook about 20 minutes until tender in broth.
