Ingredients

1 lb. hot sausage
3 c. biscuit mix
1 lb. sharp cheese, grated

Preparation

Mix together with your fingers.
Roll into bite size.
Bake on a cookie sheet in 300\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
