Baked Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1 pkg. jalapeno corn bread mix
1 small to medium onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 stick oleo
2 eggs
sour cream (optional)

Preparation

Saute onion and pepper until soft in oleo.
Combine all ingredients and pour into small casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until set and light brown.
We like to put dollops of sour cream on top before putting in the oven.
