Cream Peas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. can drained peas (small size)
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. milk (not skim)
Preparation

In small saucepan, melt butter. Whisk in milk (don't boil). Whisk flour until medium thickness consistency. Add seasoning and drained peas. Let set for 5 minutes before serving.
