Stir-Fry Veggies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cabbage, cut up
    2 medium Irish potatoes, sliced thin
    1 large carrot, sliced thin
    1/2 green bell pepper, cut up
    1/2 red bell pepper, cut up
    medium onion, sliced
Preparation
    Put in large frypan with 2 tablespoons oil.
    Cook on low to medium heat 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Salt to taste.
