Apple Streusel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 apples (2 lb.), peeled and sliced into eighths
    2 Tbsp. white sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Grease sides and bottom of 8 x 12-inch pan.
    Arrange apples in pan, overlapping rows.
    Stir together the white sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over apples.
    Stir together the brown sugar and flour; cut in butter until crumbly.
    Sprinkle over apples.
    Pat down to a smooth surface.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 425\u00b0, or until apples are tender.
