White Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
water to wet sugar good

Preparation

Mix sugar and water.
Cook until clear (do not stir) and full of little white bubbles.
Beat egg whites until in peaks, then pour syrup slowly, beating until it holds its shape.
Great for icing of coconut cake.
