Butterscotch Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    1 c. scalded milk
    3 beaten eggs
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix sugar and flour.
    Add beaten eggs until smooth.
    Add milk and stir well.
    Cook (boil) until thick.
    Add butter and vanilla. Pour in pie shell.
