Mock Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
    1/3 c. light corn syrup
    1/3 c. pure maple syrup
    2 Tbsp. margarine, softened
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cider vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. uncooked quick oats
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 unbaked pie crust
Preparation
    In a large bowl with electric mixer, beat whole eggs, sugar, corn syrup, maple syrup, margarine and salt.
    Add vinegar and vanilla and beat well.
    Using a large wooden spoon, stir in oats and pecans.
    Pour into prepared pie crust.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 5 minutes, then reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and bake for 35 minutes.
    Cool before serving.
