Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. mashed potatoes
8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg, beaten
2 tsp. finely chopped onion
salt
pepper

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Place in casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serves 6.
