Brown Stone Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour (plain)
    1/2 c. hot water
    1 (1 oz.) block Hershey's chocolate
    1 tsp. soda
    1 stick oleo
    3 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Dissolve the chocolate in hot water; cool.
    Let butter and margarine get real soft.
    Cream it with sugar.
    Add eggs, beating and scraping bowl all the time.
    Add cooled chocolate and water. Then add flour with soda sifted in it alternately with buttermilk. Will be real fluffy.
    Will make 3 layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes before taking out of pan.
