Chocolate Express Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. unsifted flour
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
    Make a well in the center of the mixture.
    Add vanilla, vinegar and oil.
    Gradually stir in the water.
    Continue stirring until well blended (do not overmix).
    Pour batter into an 8-inch square pan.
