French Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. sliced onions
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    4 c. water
    6 beef bouillon cubes
    toasted bread cubes
    Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Simmer margarine, onions and mustard in a
    large Dutch oven. Add water and cook 15 minutes. Add bouillon cubes.
    Simmer 20 minutes.
    Put toasted bread cubes in a bowl. Add soup.
    Top with cheese. Place under broiler until bubbly.
