United Airlines Sweet Potato (Yam) Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. cooked mashed yams (sweet potatoes)
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. half and half or whipping cream
1/2 c. butter or margarine

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and beat until smooth.
Place in a greased casserole dish.
