Orange-Glazed Sugar Snap Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sugar snap peas, fresh or frozen
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
    1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Place peas with 1 tablespoon of water in a microwave dish. Cover and cook on high for 4 minutes.
    Remove from oven; drain liquid.
    In a small cup, combine brown sugar, orange juice and margarine.
    Microwave on high for 30 seconds; drizzle over peas and serve.
    Yields 4 servings.
