Cashew Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken, cubed
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 small onion, cubed
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen oriental vegetables
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch, dissolved in 4 Tbsp. soy sauce and 1/2 c. water
    1 c. cashews
    2 Tbsp. oil for stir-frying
Preparation
    Marinate chicken in soy sauce and cornstarch; let stand 20 minutes.
    Prepare vegetables according to package directions. Stir-fry chicken and onion 2 to 3 minutes or until chicken is white.
    Add prepared vegetables.
    Stir in cornstarch mixture; cook until thickened.
    Stir in cashews.
