Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild sausage
    8 eggs
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    4 English muffins
    2 pkg. Co-Jack, grated
    1 (8 oz.) can mild green chilies, chopped
Preparation
    Butter English muffins on both sides and put in 9 x 13-inch metal pan.
    Fry sausage and drain.
    Pour over muffins.
    Mix eggs and sour cream.
    Beat well and pour over muffins and sausage.
    Put cheese and then chilies on top.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour in covered pan.
    Reheats well in microwave.
