Cajun Corn Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans creamed corn
1 c. corn bread mix
2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. hot Cajun seasoning
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. canola oil
1 jar pimentos
2 jalapeno peppers
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Separate eggs and beat.
Combine egg yellows, oil, corn, pimentos, jalapenos and corn bread mix.
Pour into casserole. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
Sprinkle grated cheese over casserole for the last 3 minutes.
