Chicken Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. taco seasoning
1 tsp. salt
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
12 corn tortillas
2 Tbsp. oil
1 1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
3 c. cubed chicken
cheese
Preparation

Cook onions until tender; add soup, sour cream, milk and seasonings.
Heat until warm and smooth.
Add chicken and heat. Layer tortillas and chicken mixture in 3-quart casserole dish. Top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot and bubbly.
