Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 large eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 c. raw diced apples
    1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Mix in order given and pour into greased and floured 12 3/4 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish or pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean.
    Let stand in baking pan.
