Liver And Onions - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. beef liver
1 medium onion, chopped
3 to 4 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 envelope Lipton beef and onion dry soup
1 c. water
Preparation
-
Brown liver in cooking oil until both sides are slightly brown.
Add envelope of dry soup to liver.
Add 1 cup water.
Then put chopped onions on top of liver.
Simmer for about 30 minutes and then serve.
Don't overheat.
Liver will be tough.
