Grasshopper Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 Oreo cookies
1/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. creme de menthe
1 (6 1/2 oz.) jar Kraft marshmallow cream
2 c. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation

Combine the cookies (crumbled) and margarine.
Press into 9-inch spring-form pan.
Reserve 1/2 cup for topping.
Gradually add creme de menthe to marshmallow cream, mixing until well blended.
Fold in heavy cream.
Pour into pan and sprinkle with topping.
Freeze.
Serve in small pieces; very rich.
Let defrost slightly before serving.
Equally good if Kahlua is used instead of creme de menthe.
