Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Gold Medal flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. plus 1 Tbsp. Crisco
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Work shortening into flour and salt mixture with pastry blender or fingers.
    Add water until flour is moistened.
    Gather dough together with fingers so it cleans bowl.
    Press into a ball and roll between two pieces of waxed paper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until light brown.
