Chicken A La King - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or chicken fat
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
    pepper
    1 1/4 c. chicken broth (approximately 10 oz. can)
    2 c. diced chicken
Preparation
    In frying pan, melt butter or fat.
    Blend in flour.
    Add milk, broth and pepper.
    Cook, stirring, until sauce thickens.
    Add chicken; heat through.
    Serve over biscuits.
