Honey Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. whole wheat flour
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
2 pkg. active dry yeast
3 c. water
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 c. honey
Preparation

Combine in a large mixer bowl the flour, salt, nonfat dry milk and dry yeast.
Heat in saucepan over low heat until warm the water, cooking oil and honey.
Pour warm (not hot) liquid over flour mixture.
Blend at low speed for 1 minute, medium speed for 2 minutes.
