Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 or 9 medium potatoes
1 stick butter, sliced into pats
1 bottle Ranch dressing
Velveeta cheese, sliced
salt and pepper
Preparation

Wash potatoes.
Cut into bite size chunks and place in a 3-quart Pyrex dish.
Dot pats of butter over potatoes.
Salt and pepper to taste and cover with foil.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
Remove from oven and place Velveeta slices over potatoes and add Ranch dressing.
Return to oven and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
