Crusty Casserole Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    2 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    4 c. unsifted flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water in electric mixer bowl.
    Stir in sugar, salt, softened margarine and 3 cups flour.
    Beat at low speed until blended.
    Beat at medium speed until smooth (about 2 minutes).
    Scrape beaters and beat in the rest of the flour by hand.
    Cover and let rise in a warm, draft-free place until more than doubled, about 45 minutes.
    Stir down.
    Beat vigorously about half a minute.
    Turn into 1 1/2-quart greased casserole.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for about 50 to 55 minutes or until done.
