Easy Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. cook and serve vanilla pudding
3 1/4 c. milk
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. coconut
1 baked pie shell
Cool Whip
toasted coconut
Preparation

Combine pudding, milk, egg and sugar; bring to boil.
Remove from heat and stir in butter and coconut.
Cool 5 minutes; stir twice.
Pour into baked pie shell; cover with Saran Wrap and chill 3 hours.
Top with Cool Whip and toasted coconut.
