California Stir-Fry Beef And Asparagus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. boneless sirloin steak
1 Tbsp. cornstarch, divided
3 Tbsp. dry sherry, divided
3 Tbsp. soy sauce, divided
1 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. fresh asparagus, cut diagonally into 1-inch lengths
3 Tbsp. beef broth (canned)
hot cooked rice or fresh fried Oriental noodles
Preparation

Slice steak diagonally across grain into thin strips.
Place in a shallow dish.
Combine 2 teaspoons cornstarch, 2 tablespoons sherry and 2 tablespoons soy sauce; pour over steak and marinate 10 minutes.
Remove steak from marinade.
