Wheat Pizza Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active yeast
    1 c. water (105~ to 115~)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 c. wheat flour
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    In a bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water.
    Add the sugar and salt.
    Stir in whole wheat flour; beat well.
    Add all-purpose flour; beat until smooth.
    Knead 5 minutes.
    Cover and let rise 30 minutes.
    Divide dough into two parts.
    This makes 2 (12-inch) crusts.
