Dilled Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 Tbsp. dill weed
3/4 c. water
4 medium cucumbers
1 medium can pitted olives, drained well
4 tsp. salt
2 c. white garlic wine vinegar
2 large Bermuda onions
3 (4 oz.) cans mushroom buttons
Preparation

Mix sugar, salt, dill weed, vinegar and water.
Bring to boil, let cool slightly to steep out flavor.
Slice 2 large Bermuda onions and 4 medium cucumbers (do not peel cucumbers).
Using a cabbage slaw cutter, make nice even slices.
Use 3 cans mushroom buttons, 1 medium can pitted black olives, drained well.
